TryComp Technical Specifications — What Sets It Apart

TryComp rotary screw compressors are built around a direct drive configuration — the motor shaft couples directly to the air end, eliminating belts, pulleys and the associated maintenance and power losses. Direct drive is the industry standard for heavy-duty and continuous duty compressors because it delivers more efficient compression and a longer air end lifespan.

Every TryComp unit is fitted with an IE3 premium efficiency motor — the highest standard motor efficiency class, which reduces energy consumption compared to standard IE1/IE2 motors. For compressors that run continuously, the energy saving over a 5-year lifespan can exceed the original capital cost of the machine.

TryComp's PLC controller provides full visibility of operating parameters — inlet temperature, discharge temperature, oil temperature, working pressure, run hours, load hours and fault history. Remote monitoring capability is available on request. The controller's auto-restart after power failure function is standard — critical for operations where compressor restart must be automatic.

TryComp Warranty and Support

All TryComp compressors are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty covering the air end and major components. Warranty registration and post-installation commissioning are managed by The Titan Emporium's technical team. Service documentation and maintenance records are maintained in our CRM system for every installed unit.
